Meet Chuck Oxner, our certified shotgun instructor!
Grandfather of two, Chuck Oxner has been a resident of the Dallas/Fort Worth area for more than a decade. He works as a Range Safety Officer at Elm Fork Shooting Sports.
Always willing to lend his talents to help others, Chuck enjoys teaching new shooters and introducing them to a lifelong hobby.
Lessons are held at Elm Fork Shooting Sports, a state of the art outdoor shooting facility covering more than 400 acres in Dallas County.
Shooters are responsible for range fees which include targets, golf carts (when needed), as well as eye and ear protection.
We offer personalized, friendly shooting lessons for all ages. No experience required!
Gun rentals and shotgun ammunition are also available on site for an additional fee.
Personal shotguns and ammunition are welcome given that they meet the following requirements:
- NO barrels under 21 inches in length
- Shot size 7 1/2, 8, or 9 ONLY
- NO riot/assault type shotguns allowed
